JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an Executive Virtual Assistant to support a busy Listing Agent at a growing real estate brokerage in Central Florida. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing listing activities, including updating the MLS, coordinating showings, preparing contracts, and keeping communication organized across platforms. You’ll also assist with creating marketing materials, organizing transaction files, and ensuring that every listing is accurate, complete, and on schedule. This is a key support role where your ability to stay organized, follow through on tasks, and manage the back-end operations will directly impact the success of the team.

Responsibilities:

Support the Listing Agent with daily administrative and listing tasks
Manage and update listings on the MLS
Schedule and confirm property showings through ShowingTime
Prepare and send documents using DocuSign
Maintain communication via Gmail, Google Voice, and Slack
Organize and manage files in Dropbox
Keep CRM records up to date and track task completion
Create simple marketing content using Canva
Double-check that every listing detail is accurate and deadlines are met

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in US real estate (admin or listing support preferred)
Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving parts
Proficient in: MLS, DocuSign, Gmail/G Suite, Google Voice, ShowingTime, Slack, Dropbox, and CRM systems
Basic Canva skills for flyers and listing graphics
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently

This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST.

We are looking for someone to grow with our company and stay with us for years. If you are hopping from one role to another, please do not apply.

We will pay $7-$8 an hour and will grow with your growth.

Requirements:
Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent.
RAM: 8 GB or more.
Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup
