JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and highly organised Virtual Assistant to join our team and support both operations and the Director directly.
This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys organisation, structure, and helping a business run smoothly behind the scenes.
You will help keep projects organised, maintain internal systems, and assist the Director with general administrative tasks.
If you enjoy order, structure, and supporting a fast-moving business, this role could be a great fit.

Your Responsibilities

Operations & Administrative Support
You will assist with organising and maintaining internal systems, including:
• Organising digital project folders and files
• Uploading and categorising incoming documents
• Maintaining internal tracking sheets and project records
• Helping prepare information for internal team use
• Keeping documentation structured and easy to access
• Supporting the team with general administrative tasks

Executive Assistant Support
You will also assist the Director with day-to-day administration, including:
• Scheduling meetings and managing calendar requests
• Organising meeting details and information
• Taking notes during meetings when required
• Helping manage emails and follow-up actions
• Supporting general tasks that help streamline the Director’s workload

Requirements
We are looking for someone who is:
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with documents and spreadsheets
• Able to follow processes and keep information structured
• Reliable and proactive
• Comfortable communicating in written English

Tools you may work with include:
• Google Drive
• Google Sheets / Excel
• Document and file management systems
• Email and calendar tools

Training will be provided where needed.
