Our owner is looking for a FULL TIME executive assistant ideally with either legal background or project management. For any kind of task around the business.
We help ecommerce sellers worldwide with their product compliance and understanding laws and regulations for Europe, UK and US.
Even better if you have experience of ecommerce, amazon, shopify or similar. Product compliance experience around Europe, or experience with selling products in Europe through marketplaces would be best case scenario. But its not a hard requirement as the ability to learn and grasp these concept is more important!
Opportunity:

Task examples:
- Filling out help me incorporate companies by using help of other service providers
- research competitors for certain service, inquire quotes and agreements
- draft and maintain agreements for all our services (in coordination with a lawyer)
- help me understand legal requirements for certain services, clarify with relevant parties to gather understanding of expansion strategy
- help me stay organized, handle basic
- Handle basic client questions
- Maintain CRM, follow SOP
- Support with client onboarding
- ultimately this role can go beyond this in many different directions depending on your personality
Currently topics we handle. product regulations around general consumer products, electronics, supplements, medical, registration requirements. EPR requirements like WEEE, Batteries, Packaging. REACH, RoHs, testing requirements etc., GPSR
Must have:
- excellent research skills
- detail oriented, structured
- be available during CET working hours, starting with latest 8am CET
- self driven
Ideally, available for taking occasional phone calls (typically B2B inquiries) as secretary.
Maybe you even have experience in operations, project management or similar.
