JOB OVERVIEW

At Agroup Consulting, we are an international advisory firm specializing in immigration, tax, and cross-border solutions for expats, entrepreneurs, and globally mobile clients. We work with clients across Europe, the United States, and Latin America, providing professional advisory services in an international environment.

This is not a traditional call center role. We are seeking a professional with excellent communication skills, strong English proficiency, and the ability to work with international clients in a structured and professional environment.

This position combines client communication, case follow-up, onboarding support, and internal coordination. You will act as a key point of contact for clients while assisting our internal teams in maintaining an organized and professional client experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Communicating with clients via email, phone calls, and video meetings
Assisting with client follow-ups and onboarding processes
Supporting ongoing case coordination and internal follow-up
Assisting with document collection and organization
Coordinating with internal legal and tax teams
Maintaining professional communication and ensuring a high-quality client experience

We are looking for candidates with strong communication abilities and experience working in professional or international environments. Relevant backgrounds may include:

Customer success or client support
International education or bilingual environments
Executive or administrative assistance
Hospitality or premium customer-facing roles
Consulting or professional services
Corporate client relations or onboarding roles

Requirements:
Advanced or near-native English (required) with clear and professional communication skills
Experience working with international clients or in professional client-facing roles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional attitude and ability to communicate confidently with clients
Ability to work independently in a structured environment
Sales or client relationship skills are considered a plus

Position Details:
Full-time position
Monday to Friday
4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Philippine Time)
Remote work

This role requires professional exclusivity. Candidates must not be working with other companies or clients during employment.

For operational and quality control purposes, this position also requires consent to remote supervision during working hours through tools such as AnyDesk.
