JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
Herrmann Digital is one of the world’s premier paid media agencies. David Herrmann has intentionally kept the agency small and is now looking for an experienced individual to support him directly, primarily across client communications and Slack.

What You’ll Do
• Shadow David for one month virtually and learn the business, clients, and workflows
• Read all incoming Slack and email messages and send David concise updates twice per day, prioritizing what is most time sensitive
• Draft proposed responses for David to review and approve or provide edits on

What We’re Looking For
• 5 to 10+ years of experience in paid media, with working knowledge of paid social advertising
• Comfortable navigating Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat Ads Manager
• Extremely organized and efficient
• Strong written communication skills
• Working knowledge of AI tools, specifically Gemini
• Experience building or maintaining project management systems is a plus
• Ability to handle high message volume without missing details

Role Details
• Full time, 6 month contractor role with potential to convert to full time
• 50 hours per week
• Pay: $12 to $16 per hour, based on experience
• Location: Remote
• Working hours aligned with Los Angeles time, 7a to 6p PT
