JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small, family-run business looking for reliable support for customer communication and daily operations.

German language skills are required. You should be able to understand and communicate with our German customers yourself. AI translation tools are fine as support, but this role requires real German understanding. Good English is also important for internal communication.

Your tasks will include:

Communicating with customers in German and English
Writing offers/quotations
Coordinating our graphic designers
Planning accepted orders for production
Customer support
Assisting management with daily tasks

Experience in graphic design or print/design workflows is helpful, but you do not need to create graphics yourself.

We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable and works independently. Initiative and self-responsibility are very important to us.

The position starts part-time on an hourly basis. Long-term cooperation and more responsibility are possible over time.
