We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly under our current Executive Administrator. This person will help with daily communication, trackers, documents, customer and partner support, and general administrative follow-through.

Role Overview
We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support the current Executive Administrator for Genius Games and Elf Creek Games.
This is a support role, not a leadership role. You will help keep

This role requires overlap with U.S. business hours, especially during training and regular team meetings.
- Ability to work meaningful overlap with U.S. Central Time during training

What You’ll Do Most
This role will focus mainly on three areas:
A.
- Monitor assigned inboxes, including
- Respond to routine, non-managerial
- Route urgent, sensitive, or leadership-level
- Follow up on pending
- Help keep communication organized so important details do not get missed
B. Trackers, Data Consolidation, Document & File Organization
- Update trackers, task lists, scorecards, inventory trackers, and project records
- Consolidate data from
- Draft documents, summaries, templates, Google Docs, Excel files, and Google Sheets for review
- Organize files, folders, links, documents, and spreadsheets so they are easy to find
- Help identify missing information, overdue items, duplicate entries, or inconsistencies
- Prepare simple reports and summaries for the Executive Administrator and leadership
C. Customer, Partner & Internal Support
- Help respond to routine customer support questions about orders, shipments, replacements, and product issues
- Coordinate basic non-managerial updates with customers, retailers, fulfillment partners, and internal team members
- Track action items from meetings and follow up with the appropriate people
- Help the Executive Administrator keep projects, deadlines, and recurring tasks moving
- Escalate issues quickly when something is unclear, delayed, urgent, or requires leadership approval

- Have difficulty keeping multiple tasks organized at the same time

What This Role Does NOT Include
- No final executive or operational decision-making without approval
- No accounting or financial decision-making ownership
- No legal advice or contract negotiation responsibilities
- No graphic design or creative asset ownership
- No marketing strategy ownership
- No managerial authority unless specifically assigned
Your First 90 Days
Week 1
- Learn the company structure, tools, communication channels, and workflows
- Shadow the Executive Administrator on
- Review current trackers, files, inboxes, meeting notes, and recurring tasks
Month 1
- Begin helping with recurring admin tasks with guidance
- Assist with
- Draft basic documents and spreadsheets for review
- Help with routine customer, partner, and internal support
Month 2
- Take more ownership of trackers, follow-up lists, and summaries
- Respond to routine
- Help consolidate data and prepare reports for review
- Support basic operations, customer support, and administrative tasks
Month 3
- Independently manage recurring Executive Assistant tasks with light review
- Keep trackers, files, task lists, and documents organized and updated
- Draft documents, meeting summaries, and spreadsheet updates for review
- Have a 90-day performance review
Compensation
The position will include a three-month training and onboarding period, which will be compensated at $3.00 per hour for the first three months given your experience. After this period, compensation will increase to $4.00 USD per hour for the next nine months of working under the current management to advance in the role.
After a year of working with our company, compensation will increase to $5.00 per hour USD, with annual promotions and raises to follow. It can be higher depending on your level of success in the position.
Pay periods are on the 5th and 20th of each month. We will also reimburse your OFS PhilHealth and SSS self-payments on a monthly basis.
Over the next 3 - 5 years, this individual may progress into more strategically focused responsibilities and potentially manage a team at higher compensation ranging from $7,680 USD (480,000 Philippine pesos) to $13,440 USD (850,000 Philippine pesos) annually.
Plus:
- Monthly PhilHealth and SSS contribution reimbursement
- Annual performance-based raises
- Performance bonuses or profit sharing eligibility beginning at 9 months
- 15 days PTO per year during years 1–2, 18 days during years 2–5, and 21 days after 5+ years
- 6–8 paid holidays, with U.S. holidays observed and flexibility for key Philippine holidays
