JOB OVERVIEW

Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant to support a busy U.S. attorney and paralegal. This is a fast-paced role requiring exceptional organization, project coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple executive calendars
- Coordinate projects and track deadlines
- Communicate with U.S. clients and business partners
- Support real estate transactions and contract management
- Monitor compliance spreadsheets and reports
- Review documents and prepare forms for signature
- Update records
- Provide executive administrative support

Qualifications
- 3+ years of Executive or Virtual Assistant experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Comfortable working directly with U.S. clients
- Experience supporting legal, real estate, or executive teams
