JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a strong math/engineering background to help with various analytical, research, and admin tasks on an as-needed basis.

Must consistently deliver within 24 hours of assignment. You will be paid $120 or more per week for doing about 20 hours or more of work. I don't care when you work as long as you can turnaround tasks within 24 hours and you can be available for meetings from 10am to 1pm EST as needed. If you finish the work in less than 20 hours, you will still get paid for at least 20 hours as long as the quality is satifactory. Delegating the work to another person is strictly prohibited.

Requirements
Degree in Math, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
Must have prior experience as an Executive Assistant or high-level VA with Athena, Prialto, Wishup, MyOutDesk or Wing Assistant.
Demonstrated ability to handle analytical, math-heavy, or spreadsheet-based tasks
Has independently completed many ChatGPT/AI-assisted projects and is confident using AI tools
Excellent written English and strong organizational skills
High accuracy, fast learner, and able to work autonomously
Preferably has experience in health care or medical-related operations
Must be responsive and dependable with 24-hour turnaround on tasks

Responsibilities

Analytical tasks, calculations, spreadsheet work
Research and summarization (business, operations, health-care related if needed)
Document creation, process organization, and high-level executive support
Miscellaneous tasks that arise day to day
