JOB OVERVIEW

What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with a U.S.-based company
* UK and Netherlands bookkeeping experience
* QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification
* Strong experience with multi-state sales tax and payroll
* Prepare financial statements and reports
* Month-end and year-end close
* Maintain organized and audit-ready records
* Budgeting & Financial Planning - Develop monthly and annual budgets, track
* performance against budget and highlight variances
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Fluent in English with strong written communication skills

Nice to Have (But Not Required):
Experience with automation or workflow tools
Familiarity with Double App (formerly Keeper)
Experience in improving processes or building internal tools
• Key Responsibilities:
• Record daily transactions and reconcile bank activity using QuickBooks Online
• Compile and send daily financial summary reports (by 9:00 AM EST) to internal leadership
• Manage and update Excel-based job costing reports
• Send invoices and follow up on collections
• Track and report payments by method (cash, check, financing, etc.)
• Input contract totals from sales closed the previous day
• Prepare sales order, price quotes and work with purchasing and logistics team
• Maintain vendor records and payment schedules
• Organize and enter installer crew activity and purchase orders
