???? Executive Operator & Strategic Virtual Assistant (AI-Driven Role)

Full-Time | Remote (Philippines Preferred)

???? About the Role

We are looking for a high-level, proactive Virtual Assistant who can operate as a true execution partner to a CEO of a fast-growing, AI-powered business.

This is NOT a typical VA role.
You will not wait for instructions — you will think ahead, take initiative, and execute.

You will help manage operations, systems, and strategic execution, while also supporting some personal and executive-level tasks.

If you are someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds systems, and uses AI to work smarter — this role is for you.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
Executive Operations & Personal Support
Manage inbox, calendar, and scheduling
Book travel (flights, hotels, special arrangements like birthdays/events)
Handle both business and personal operational tasks
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Strategic Execution & Systems
Build SOPs, dashboards, and workflows
Improve operations using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.)
Identify inefficiencies and fix them proactively
Implement automations to streamline work
Communication & Reporting
Provide daily updates and performance tracking
Communicate clearly with internal teams
Represent the CEO professionally in all communications
Integration & Growth
Learn different parts of the business
Help improve team workflows and coordination
Take on increasing responsibility as the company grows
