JOB OVERVIEW

For Premium Service Brands (NYC + Florida)

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented person who wants to grow together with a fast-scaling premium service company.

This is not a “virtual assistant” role.
This is a high-involvement execution and coordination position working directly with the owner and leadership team.

You will help manage marketing execution, operational coordination, client communication, and daily business support across multiple premium brands.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Marketing & Brand Support

Uploading photos/videos to Google Business Profiles (GMB)
Publishing GBP posts and updates
Coordinating photographers and content creators
Assisting with Instagram Stories/content organization
Organizing marketing assets and Google Drive folders
Helping with email/SMS campaigns
Following up on reviews and client communication
Assisting with website/blog content uploads

Operations & Coordination

Following up on daily tasks and deadlines
Vendor and partner communication
Organizing reports and internal systems
Supporting scheduling and team coordination
Helping leadership execute projects faster
Keeping operations structured and organized
