I'm seeking a proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to drive my professional success through digital marketing, outreach, and calendar organization. No technical work like coding or development. Key Responsibilities:
Personal Brand & Outreach (30%): Use Apollo for lead generation (e.g., target podcasts, networks for brand growth). Handle digital marketing: Create and schedule content (LinkedIn/X posts,
Entrepreneurial Pursuits (30%): Market and research my ideas. Prioritize current project Dojobet Live (SOL blockchain betting app: outreach for users/partners, and market analysis), then evaluate other ideas (business acquisition opportunities, Oracle Cloud Migration consulting, China Shadowsocks service, Celebrity DRM, and others). Poke/probe viability through research, lead gen, and reports—focus on marketing traction, not tech implementation. Manage project tasks (e.g., find developers, server costs).
Full-Time Job Support (25%): Review my calendar daily (Google Workspace), process Teams/emails/inbox (goal: zero by 10 AM PST), schedule meetings with India-based teams (accounting for time zones), track corporate innovation fund opportunities (evaluate GenAI projects, confirm alignments, prepare architecture docs for VP approvals). Prioritize high-value, revenue-generating tasks.
General Admin (10%): Calendar management (ideal: early mornings for India-based offshore team calls, late mornings for US calls, afternoons for deep work), travel booking, purchasing/returns. Adapt from provided playbook (e.g., daily/weekly cadences, North Star Principles like protecting time and prioritizing revenue).
Systems & Reporting (5%): Build/maintain agendas for our weekly meetings (start daily, reduce to weekly). Use Google Workspace for shared docs/drives, Apollo for outreach tracking. Provide EOD summaries and action-oriented progress reports.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years as VA/EA, with proven digital marketing experience (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn outreach, content creation).
Action-oriented: Must take initiative and ownership (e.g., draft responses and perform executive outreach on my behalf, create calendar invites, resolve issues preemptively).
2. Tech-savvy for business and marketing tools: Google Workspace, Apollo; bonus for marketing automation.
3. English fluency (written/spoken), reliable internet, available 40 hours/week overlapping PST (e.g., PH evenings).
Preferred:
Experience marketing entrepreneurs/tech execs, handling scattered ideas into focused plans.
Compensation & Perks:
$250–300 USD/week ($13,000–$15,600 USD/year), paid weekly (via Wise or similar platform) .
