JOB OVERVIEW

# Executive Assistant to Founder / Portfolio Operations Manager
### Remote | Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | 5+ Years Experience Required
### Starting Pay: $200 USD/Week | Rapid Raises Based on Performance | Profit-Share Opportunity

# Read This Before You Apply

If, after reading this job post, you feel **anxious, fearful, intimidated, or overwhelmed**, this position is not for you.

If your reaction is anything other than:

### “This is exactly the opportunity I've been looking for.”

Don't apply.

This will likely be **the hardest and most demanding job you've ever had.**

You will work directly with a founder who moves extremely fast, operates and launches businesses across multiple industries, expects immediate follow-through, and has very little patience for excuses, slow execution, or people who need to be pushed.

And despite all of that:

# The position starts at only $200 USD per week.

Why?

Because I don't know you yet.

I don't care how impressive you sound in an interview. I don't care how polished your résumé is. I care about what happens when you're actually given responsibility.

### You have to prove yourself.

Once you do, compensation can move quickly:

**$200 → $250 → $300 → $350 → $400 → $500/week**

There is no requirement that you wait six months or a year for a raise. If you're succeeding, taking responsibility, and becoming more valuable, I will increase your compensation accordingly.

But even $500/week is not the real opportunity.

## I'm looking for someone who wants the ground floor

I'm looking for someone who understands:

**Sweat equity.
Profit participation.
Ownership mentality.
Long-term upside.**

Someone who wants to help build companies rather than spend their career performing one small function inside a company somebody else already built.

For the exceptional person who becomes my right hand and materially contributes to building, operating, and growing these companies, there will be opportunities for **meaningful profit participation across the brands they help grow.**

There is no guaranteed financial outcome. But the opportunity for someone who becomes genuinely instrumental to the portfolio can become substantially larger than the starting compensation.

# I am looking for a bulldog

Not someone rude.

Not someone reckless.

### Someone relentless.

You follow up.

You push projects forward.

You hold people accountable.

You solve problems.

You make decisions.

You don't disappear when something gets difficult.

You don't need me to motivate you.

You don't wait for somebody else to take ownership.

### You are the person doing the pushing.

---

# What This Position Actually Is

The title is:

## Executive Assistant to Founder / Portfolio Operations Manager

But this is **not a traditional Executive Assistant position**.

You're not being hired primarily to manage my calendar, organize emails, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.

You're being hired to become:

# The management layer between me and the businesses.

I currently operate a large portfolio of companies, brands, websites, technology, service businesses, marketplaces, and digital assets.

Each company may have its own:

**Administrators.
Operations people.
Developers.
Salespeople.
Recruiters.
Contractors.
Service providers.**

I don't want every question, problem, deadline, and employee flowing directly through me forever.

### That's where you come in.

---

# Your Mission

Your job is to create **order, accountability, execution, and growth** across the portfolio.

When I give direction:

### You turn it into execution.

When something is late:

### You know before I do.

When someone isn't performing:

### You address it.

When somebody needs to be hired:

### You help get them hired.

When a project is blocked:

### You find out why.

When something requires my decision:

### Bring me the decision—not 30 minutes of unnecessary background.

When I ask:

> “What's happening with Florida Maid?”

or:

> “Where are we with Mobile Salon?”

or:

> “Did the Full Loop developer finish that?”

I don't want:

> “Let me ask.”

I want you to increasingly **know what's happening across the organization.**

---

And additional brands, domains, businesses, and concepts are continually being developed.

You are **not expected to personally operate every company**.

You're expected to help make sure the people responsible for them **actually do.**

---

# What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will cross several areas.

## Founder Operations

You'll help me:

- Organize priorities
- Maintain the master operating plan
- Turn ideas into projects
- Turn projects into tasks
- Assign owners
- Establish deadlines
- Track completion
- Follow up relentlessly
- Prepare information for decisions
- Keep important information organized
- Prevent things from disappearing
- Protect my time from things that don't require me

I generate ideas and move quickly.

### You turn that speed into structure.

---

# Portfolio Operations

You'll help oversee what's happening across the companies.

That includes:

- Business launches
- Daily operations
- Project management
- Revenue and KPI monitoring
- Staffing
- Recruiting
- Sales initiatives
- Marketing projects
- Development projects
- Provider networks
- Customer issues
- Operational problems
- New-market expansion
- Business development
- Process improvement

Eventually, you should understand each major company well enough to recognize:

### “Something isn't right here.”

Before I have to discover it myself.

---

# People Management

This is one of the most important parts of the job.

You will interact with:

- Administrators
- Operations Managers
- Developers
- Recruiters
- Salespeople
- Marketing people
- Contractors
- Service professionals
- Vendors
- Remote teams

You need to constantly know:

**Who owns this?**

**When is it due?**

**Did they do it?**

**Was it done correctly?**

**What's blocking them?**

**Are they performing?**

**What happens next?**

You cannot be afraid of accountability.

If somebody says:

> “I'm working on it.”

Your brain should immediately ask:

### “When will it be finished?”

---

# Recruiting & Hiring

We're building companies quickly, which means we're constantly hiring.

You'll help:

- Define positions
- Post opportunities
- Review applicants
- Coordinate interviews
- Interview candidates
- Track candidates
- Follow up
- Onboard hires
- Monitor early performance
- Identify hiring needs before they become emergencies

You'll work closely with our recruiting infrastructure and **Labor for All**.

---

# Growth

We're not building an organization whose objective is merely to maintain what already exists.

### We're trying to grow.

You'll participate in:

- Sales
- Outreach
- Partnerships
- Referral programs
- New-market launches
- Social-media coordination
- Marketing
- SEO initiatives
- Recruiting networks
- Provider networks
- Acquisitions
- Competitive research
- Business development
- New products and services

You should naturally ask:

### “How can we make this bigger?”

---

# You Must Be Able to Handle Complexity

A normal day could look like this:

The Florida Maid needs to launch.

A Full Loop feature needs attention.

Hoodap needs a growth initiative.

NYC Mobile Salon needs beauty professionals.

Urban Co. needs an e-commerce decision.

The NYC Maid salesperson needs something.

A recruiter needs approval.

A developer missed a deadline.

A new business opportunity appears.

And I just came up with three more ideas.

### You cannot freeze.

Your job is to determine:

**What's urgent?**

**What's important?**

**What can somebody else handle?**

**What's blocked?**

**What requires me?**

**What needs to happen today?**

And then move.

---

# Experience Required

### Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Relevant backgrounds include:

- Executive Assistant to Founder / CEO
- Founder support
- Executive Operations
- Startup Operations
- Operations Management
- Chief of Staff-type responsibilities
- Project Management
- Business Operations
- Multi-company operations

I care much more about **what you actually did** than your previous title.

Five years helping a demanding founder build companies is more interesting to me than 15 years managing calendars inside a giant corporation.

---

# Skills & Characteristics Required

You need to be:

**Extremely fast.**

**Extremely organized.**

**Highly responsive.**

**Aggressive about getting results.**

**Hungry.**

**Resourceful.**

**Confident.**

**Direct.**

**Persistent.**

**Calm under pressure.**

**Comfortable with accountability.**

**Comfortable holding other people accountable.**

**Capable of making decisions.**

**Excellent at follow-through.**

**Excellent in written and spoken English.**

**Technologically strong.**

**Comfortable with AI.**

**Financially literate.**

**Able to understand KPIs, revenue, expenses, and margins.**

**Able to recruit and interview.**

**Able to create systems and SOPs.**

**Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.**

**Able to learn completely unfamiliar industries quickly.**

Most importantly:

# You need ownership mentality.

---

# I Don't Want Someone Who Needs to Be Pushed

If I have to constantly ask:

> “Did you do this?”

> “Did you follow up?”

> “Did you message them?”

> “What happened with that?”

Then this relationship isn't going to work.

### I'm looking for the person who does the pushing.

Eventually, I want you asking other people those questions so I don't have to.

---

# Judgment Matters

I don't want to make 100 tiny decisions every day.

As you learn the organization, you'll need to understand:

**What can you d ---------- yourself?**

**What should an Operations Manager d ---------- ?**

**What should a developer d ---------- ?**

**What should another employee handle?**

**What genuinely needs Jeff?**

The fewer unnecessary decisions you bring me while keeping me informed about the important ones, the more valuable you become.

---

# Documentation Matters

With this many businesses, verbal instructions aren't enough.

You'll help turn information into:

### TASK → OWNER → DEADLINE → FOLLOW-UP → COMPLETION → DOCUMENTATION

You'll help create:

- SOPs
- Checklists
- Project plans
- Operating documentation
- Hiring processes
- Training materials
- Performance tracking
- Company records

If I explain something once, we should build a system so I don't need to explain it repeatedly.

---

# Technology & AI

You need to be comfortable operating in a technology-heavy environment.

Our organization uses **Full Loop CRM**, our own operating platform, along with modern AI and business tools.

You'll interact with:

- Full Loop CRM
- AI systems
- Project-management tools
- Google Workspace
- Communications systems
- Analytics
- Financial reporting
- Recruiting systems
- Developers
- Automation
- CRM data

If technology intimidates you, this is the wrong position.

---

# Schedule

### Full-Time — 40 Hours Per Week

This position requires exceptional commitment, availability during agreed working hours, flexibility, and focus.

We're looking for somebody at a point in their career where they want to **go all-in professionally** on a ground-floor opportunity.

---

# Compensation

### Starting Pay: $200 USD Per Week

That is intentionally the starting point.

You're starting at $200/week **until I see that you're proving yourself and capable of covering the responsibility.**

I don't know you yet.

### Show me.

If you're exceptional, I don't want to keep you at $200.

Compensation can progress:

### $200 → $250 → $300 → $350 → $400 → $500/week

Raises are based on:

**Performance.**

**Responsibility.**

**Reliability.**

**Execution.**

**Judgment.**

**The amount of responsibility you remove from me.**

Not simply how long you've worked here.

---

# Profit Share & Long-Term Opportunity

This is where the opportunity becomes different.

For someone who proves themselves, becomes deeply involved in the portfolio, and materially contributes to building and growing these companies, there will be opportunities for **profit participation across brands they help operate and grow.**

Profit participation is earned, not automatic, and any arrangement would be separately documented.

But I'm looking for somebody who understands the bigger picture:

### Help create substantial value and earn the opportunity to participate in the value you helped create.

I'm not looking for someone whose ambition ends at $500/week.

---

# What Success Looks Like

I'll know you're succeeding when:

**I stop chasing people.**

**I stop wondering whether things got done.**

**I stop being the only person who understands what's happening across the companies.**

**Problems reach you before they reach me.**

**Small decisions stop requiring me.**

**Employees become more accountable.**

**Projects move faster.**

**Businesses become more organized.**

**More companies launch.**

**Revenue grows.**

**I have more time to build and make the decisions that actually require me.**

### That's the job.

---

# Do NOT Apply If...

You want an easy VA position.

You need instructions for every step.

You work slowly.

You disappear during working hours.

You avoid difficult conversations.

You're afraid to make decisions.

You don't follow up.

You need repeated reminders.

You get overwhelmed easily.

You wait for somebody else to notice problems.

You're uncomfortable managing people.

You become defensive when held accountable.

You're looking for a comfortable job where you complete assigned tasks and log off.

### You will hate this position.

And I will probably drive you crazy.

---

# Your Application Is Your Video

I don't care about a polished résumé.

I don't want a generic cover letter.

I definitely don't want an AI-generated essay telling me you're:

> “hardworking, passionate, and detail-oriented.”

### Show me.

Send me a **3–5 minute video**.

Tell me:

Who are you?

What have you managed?

Have you worked directly with founders or CEOs?

How many people have you managed?

What's the hardest professional environment you've worked in?

How do you organize 20 things happening simultaneously?

How do you determine what's urgent?

How do you deal with an employee who isn't performing?

What happens when I give you something you've never done before?

How comfortable are you with business numbers and KPIs?

How do you use AI?

Why do you want a ground-floor opportunity?

What does sweat equity mean to you?

What would make you go all-in on a company?

Where do you want to be professionally and financially in three years?

And most importantly:

# “If I put you between me and 35+ brands tomorrow, how would you create order, accountability, and growth?”

Don't tell me what you think I want to hear.

### Sell me on you.

---

# Apply Directly

Send your video directly to Jeff on WhatsApp:

### **+1 (212) ---------- **

Send:

**Your name + “Executive Assistant / Portfolio Operations” + your video.**

No generic cover letter.

No long application.

No corporate nonsense.

### I'm looking for one person.

Someone who can start as my Executive Assistant / Portfolio Operations Manager, prove themselves, become my right hand, and eventually become one of the most important people across the entire organization.
