Overview:
We are a fast-growing US-based solar and energy company seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to work directly with our COO and support day-to-day operations, communication, and execution across multiple projects.
This is a high-impact role for someone who is extremely organized, proactive, and capable of operating at an executive level. You will be deeply involved in business operations and play a key role in keeping leadership and projects aligned.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with real experience supporting executives in fast-paced environments.

How We Work:
You will work directly with the COO and be involved in daily operations, including:
• Managing a high-volume calendar across multiple time zones
• Organizing and responding to
• Handling inbound calls and coordinating communication
• Tracking active projects and ensuring tasks are completed on time
• Following up with tea
• Supporting internal operations across sales, design, and project management
• Joining daily Google Meet calls with leadership and tea
This role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to execute without constant direction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage COO calendar, meetings, and scheduling
• Organize inbox, draft
• Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, design, support)
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and SOP organization
• Follow up with customers, partners, and vendors
• Maintain clear communication across multiple moving parts
Important: Execution & Ownership Matter
This role goes beyond basic administrative work.
You must be comfortable with:
• Managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Following up consistently without being asked
• Keeping leadership organized and on schedule
• Communicating clearly and professionally
• Taking full ownership of tasks from start to finish
Required Experience:
• Minimum 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Experience supporting US-based executives or companies
• Strong calendar and
• Experience handling calls and professional communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• High level of organization and attention to detail
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in solar, construction, or operations environments
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth companies
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, project management systems, and CRM tools
Compensation:
• $600 – $1,000/month (based on experience)
