About Us

We are a growing U.S.-based Tax Software and Tax Preparation company helping tax professionals streamline their operations, onboard clients, and grow their firms. We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team and support client onboarding, software setup, and customer service support

Key Responsibilities

Onboard new tax clients into our software system
? Send clients their login credentials and ensure their accounts are properly set up
? Assist with bank partnerships and EFIN enrollment processes
? Handle customer service calls, chats, and messages in a friendly, professional manner
? Use GoHighLevel (GHL) to communicate with clients — including managing messages, workflows, and follow-ups
? Perform data entry for tax client information and assist with inputting data into tax returns
? Maintain accurate client records and follow up on pending tasks
? Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

?? Experience in U.S. Tax Preparation or Tax Office Support (preferred)
?? Client onboarding or customer service experience
?? some experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage client communication and automation
?? Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
?? Great attention to detail and organizational skills
?? Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
?? Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

Bonus Points If You Have

? Knowledge of EFIN setup or tax software platforms (OLT , Drake, TaxSlayer, CrossLink, etc.)
? Experience working with U.S.-based clients or accounting firms
? Prior experience handling client data and tax forms
