JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for someone who can confidently handle:

• Inbound and outbound calls
• Client communication and follow-ups
• Social media management
• Content creation and scheduling
• Basic marketing and lead generation
• Administrative and executive support
• Appointment and calendar management

We’d love someone who communicates well, takes initiative, stays organized, and is comfortable working independently with US-based clients.

Experience as a VA, Executive Assistant, or Social Media Manager is preferred. Salon industry experience is a plus, but not required.
