JOB OVERVIEW

Are you the person who keeps things organised, notices what others miss and makes sure things actually get finished? 

We’re looking for someone like that to join our Amazon publishing team and grow together.
You'll start with a few responsibilities. While also having opportunities to grow and move up in the business.

I’ve been in Amazon KDP publishing for over a decade. Now I’m looking for someone who can become a trusted part of the business and take increasing ownership.

We are looking for someone curious, sharp and reliable.

There will be instructional videos provided so it's important that you have the ABILITY TO LEARN.

Your first responsibility:
HELP TURN BOOK IDEAS INTO FINISHED BOOKS.

You will create an OUTLINE for the book and then CREATE a book with the help of AI.
You’ll help run our book production process using established AI prompts, recorded training and clear instructions.

Your responsibility is to structure the book, understand what makes a book better than competitors, run the workflow, check the results, resolve issues and keep each project moving.

YOU WILL ALSO:
* Coordinate outreach for honest, voluntary reviews.
* Update our tracking sheets and flag problems early.
* Suggest improvements as you learn the business.

We already have recorded training, step-by-step processes and prompts. You’ll have a clear starting point and support as you learn.
However, judgment matters, too. We want someone who can spot weak content, check the details and recognise when something needs another pass before it’s ready.

YOU WILL FIT WELL HERE IF YOU:
* Are an organized, curious, and dependable person.
* If you are coachable. Meaning you have the ability to learn new tools and concepts quickly and use AI thoughtfully.
* Have great written English and a good eye for quality.
* You can follow a process carefully and still notice when something doesn’t make sense. When you hit a problem, you investigate, think through possible solutions, and ask a clear question when needed.
* Follow through on commitments and communicate early when something is stuck.
* Enjoy making a process better once you understand it and have your own suggestions.

As you become confident with book production, you can take on niche research, audiobook projects through ACX, marketing through TikTok and more responsibility across the business.

For someone who becomes a key long-term contributor after 3 months, there’s also potential for a % bonus linked to a future sale of the business, with terms agreed in writing.
