We are currently seeking an exceptional and highly skilled Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a versatile, tech-savvy, energetic, and proactive individual with a strong background in administrative support. This role will involve managing both administrative and technological tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Troubleshoot, install, operate, and maintain computer networks and communication systems.
Manage and optimize company technology, staying current with the latest industry trends, tools, and software. Advise the team on the best technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Assist with the implementation and management of productivity tools such as Asana, Trello, Slack, and similar platforms.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients to ensure effective communication and project management.
Handle confidential information and perform tasks requiring discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Prior experience working for clients or employers based in the United States, Australia, or similar markets.
Strong communication skills in English with minimal to no accent, and the ability to write and speak clearly and effectively.
Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks across various departments, such as calendar management,
Advanced proficiency with common software tools (Asana, Trello, Slack, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.) and a willingness to quickly learn new applications and systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and support technology systems, ensuring seamless communication and operations within the organization.
Must be adaptable, quick-thinking, and able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work during EST hours, with availability for meetings, communication, and urgent tasks as needed.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and independently.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating the needs of the team.
Previous experience in a similar executive assistant or administrative support role is highly preferred.
