JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a sharp, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our PR and marketing operations.

This is a hands-on role embedded in the daily rhythm of a fast-moving boutique agency. You’ll support media, content, AI-enabled workflows, and project coordination across multiple clients.

What You’ll Do:
PR & Media Support
Track and report media coverage; build media lists and metrics
Maintain client coverage books and reporting
Draft polished emails and manage internal/client correspondence
Load press releases and reports in PR Newswire
Design PowerPoint presentations and support digital content workflows

Influencer & Social Media:
Research and manage influencer outreach and communications
Organize influencer assets and monitor posts, tags, and mentions
Support agency social media posting and trend monitoring

Project & Team Support:
Join daily/weekly team calls and check-ins
Track tasks, follow up, and keep projects on schedule
Communicate via Slack, Zoom, and email
Manage timesheets and basic invoicing

Requirements:
Availability: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM Pacific Time (US hours required)
Excellent English: Client-facing writing and live calls are part of the role
Experience: 2+ years in a VA, PR, or marketing support role (agency experience preferred)
