JOB OVERVIEW

CORVIA is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer heart-health supplement brand. We run Meta ads, UGC creators, influencers, and a growing team of AI video editors and specialists. I’m the founder, and I move fast. I need a right hand who makes sure things get done, builds the systems that keep us organized, and doesn’t let anything fall through the cracks.

1. Make sure things get done

Own our task and project tracker: assign tasks, set deadlines, follow up daily, and keep at it until each one is finished
Hold contractors accountable (funnel builder, ad editors, designers) for deadlines and quality
Flag anything late or blocked to me early, before it becomes a problem
Send me a short end-of-day report: what got done, what’s late, what’s blocked, and what’s next
Run a weekly review of progress on our goals and open projects

2. Build systems

Write SOPs for repeating work so anyone on the team can follow them
Build checklists and templates for onboarding new editors, creators, and contractors
Organize our Google Drive, Slack, and tools so everything is easy to find
Set up simple dashboards or trackers for creator performance, ad editor output, and team tasks
Look for bottlenecks and suggest better ways of working

3. Manage influencers and creators

Run the influencer and UGC pipeline: outreach follow-ups, contracts and briefs sent, content deadlines, posting checks, and payment tracking
Review creator content against our approved-claims list before it goes live
Keep a clean record of every creator’s status, deliverables, and results

4. Executive support

Manage my inbox and calendar
Handle research and admin tasks as they come up

You’re a fit if you

Have 2+ years as an EA, project manager, or operations assistant, ideally in e-commerce, DTC, or an agency
Have written SOPs or built workflows before (please share an example)
Know at least one PM tool (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Monday) plus Google Workspace and Slack
Write clear, confident English
Follow up without being asked, and don’t wait to be told what’s next
Bonus: experience managing influencers or UGC creators, or exposure to Shopify or Meta ads

Details

Full-time, 40 hrs/week, US Central hours (around 8pm–5am Manila time)
Performance and raise review at 90 days
Long-term role that grows as the brand grows, with a path to Operations Manager
$5/Hour
