Looking for a Rockstar Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to join our team!

Bandou is a children’s headphone brand doing $3M+ in annual revenue, with official licensing deals with some of the world’s most beloved children’s brands. We’re a small, remote team that genuinely loves what we build — and we’re growing fast.

As we scale, we’re looking for someone who loves keeping things organized, gets energy from making sure everything runs smoothly, and takes real pride in being the person the team can count on. If you’re the type who notices what needs to be done before anyone asks — this role was made for you.

You’ll work closely with the founder and touch almost every part of the business — from creative and marketing to product launches, supplier relationships, and wholesale partnerships. No two weeks will look exactly the same.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping projects on track using Notion or Asana — you’re the one who knows where everything stands
- Maintaining the marketing calendar and making sure the creative team has what they need, when they need it
- Managing licensor communications and approval rounds so the founder doesn’t have to chase them
- Following up with suppliers in China, tracking samples and new product timelines
- Monitoring inventory, FBA shipments, and flagging anything that needs attention
- Supporting wholesale and retail outreach — tracking leads, coordinating pitch materials and samples
- Handling day-to-day executive support — agendas, vendor communications, keeping everything organized
