We are hiring a senior-level Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder of a growing U.S.-based supportive housing and real estate operation. You will function as a right-hand operator, not a task taker.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Executive Support:
- Own inbox management (prioritize, draft responses, follow-ups)
-Full calendar control (scheduling, rescheduling, reminders, prep)
-Track commitments, deadlines, and open loops
-Prepare summaries, notes, and documents
Operations & Team Support:
-Coordinate hiring (job posts, screening, scheduling interviews)
-Communicate with employees (updates, reminders, follow-ups)
-Organize SOPs, templates, internal docs
-Improve workflows and recommend better systems
Real Estate & Property Operations:
-Communicate with landlords and property owners
-Prepare leases, addendums, and basic agreements (templates provided)
-Track maintenance issues across multiple properties
-Schedule vendors, repairs, inspections, and follow-ups
-Maintain clean property and maintenance logs
Outreach & Prospecting:
-LinkedIn prospecting for referral sources and partners
-Draft and manage outreach and follow-up messages
-Track conversations and responses
Light Personal Admin:
-Occasional personal scheduling or logistics to reduce executive load

Required Experience:
-3+ years supporting a founder, executive, or business owner
-Strong written English (professional, clear, concise)
-Experience managing
-Comfortable handling confidential information
-Confident communicating with landlords, vendors, and staff
Tools You Must Already Know:
-Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
-Task/project tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or similar)
-LinkedIn search and messaging
Strongly Preferred
-Real estate, property management, construction, healthcare, or social services experience
-Experience creating or improving systems
-Ability to train the executive on best practices
Work Details
- Remote | Full-time preferred
-Must overlap with Pacific Time
