We are seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to the Founder of a growing accounting and advisory firm.
This role blends executive assistance, operations management, accounting support, and creative execution. The right candidate will help run the business day-to-day, manage communications, support client work, and assist with new initiatives — freeing the Founder to focus on strategy, leadership, and growth.
This is a long-term, trust-based role for someone who enjoys ownership, learning, and becoming deeply embedded in a business.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Support
• Manage calendar, scheduling, and appointments
• Book personal and professional travel, services, and commitments
• Assist with gift planning, ordering, and coordination
• Act as a gatekeeper for time, inbox, and priorities
• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
Email
• Manage the Founder’s
• Draft and send professional client communications
• Follow up on outstanding items and deadlines
• Organize and flag priority
• Maintain a polished, confident, and warm brand voice
Client & Accounting Support
• Assist with accounting tasks for small business and nonprofit clients
• Support monthly close processes
• Help organize and prepare client deliverables
• Assist with income tax preparation support (organizing documents, checklists, follow-ups)
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times
(CPA license not required — training will be provided.)
Operations & Project Management
• Manage task lists, workflows, and recurring processes
• Create and update SOPs, templates, and checklists
• Track deadlines and ensure follow-through
• Help implement systems and tools to improve efficiency
• Serve as the operational “glue” across multiple projects
Content, Marketing & Digital Support
• Edit short-form videos and basic content (training provided if needed)
• Create and format presentations and documents
• Manage
• Assist with website updates and maintenance
• Help build and organize digital courses and educational materials
Growth & Innovation Support
• Assist in building, testing, and launching new business ideas
• Research tools, platforms, and opportunities
• Help organize course content, outlines, and assets
• Provide thoughtful input and execution support for new initiatives
