About the Role:
I am a corporate lawyer and business owner with extensive experience in the chemical manufacturing industry. I am launching a new consulting business specifically targeting expert networks (GLG, AlphaSights, Guidepoint, Dialectica, etc.).
I do not need a standard data-entry VA. I need a highly analytical, independent Expert Network Manager with flawless written English who can act as my gatekeeper and pitch my expertise to high-level associates.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
Inbound Filtering: Monitor my inbox, filter out irrelevant project briefs, and flag the exact projects that match my dual background in corporate law and chemical supply chains.
Screener Execution: Read complex technical briefs and draft compelling 3-5 sentence pitches proving my expertise for specific consulting calls.
Profile Expansion: Build and continuously optimize my consultant profiles across 15+ secondary expert networks to maximize inbound requests.
Calendar Management: Handle complex time zone conversions, send availability, and lock confirmed consulting calls onto my schedule without double-booking.
Requirements:
Flawless written English (You will be communicating directly with Ivy League-educated account managers).
Exceptional reading comprehension and analytical skills.
Prior experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, B2B lead generator, or high-level executive assistant is strongly preferred.
Ability to think on your feet and work independently.
How to Apply:
I ignore all automated and copy-pasted cover letters. To prove you have the attention to detail required for this role, you must follow these exact instructions:
Make the subject line of your application: "Chemical Consulting VA"
In the first paragraph of your cover letter, write a 3-sentence pitch on why a lawyer with supply chain experience is the perfect expert for a consulting call regarding "raw material shortages in chemical manufacturing."
