ELLSEY Creative is a fast-moving, multi-brand creative agency working across marketing, media, education, logistics, construction, and professional services. We manage a large portfolio of active clients, each with their own priorities, timelines, and brand voices.

This role suits someone who is calm under pressure, thinks in systems, and can operate independently while staying deeply connected to the team.
THE ROLE
You will act as the central coordination point across internal teams and client-facing communications. Your role is to create clarity, keep work moving, and reduce friction across a complex operating environment.
This includes:
- Managing high volumes of communication across multiple channels, ensuring priorities are identified, triaged, and actioned correctly.
- Coordinating client and internal communications with accuracy, discretion, and strong judgement.
- Assigning tasks to tea
- Checking in with staff on active projects, identifying risks early, and escalating issues when needed.
- Supporting workflow across multiple client accounts, each with distinct expectations and brand voices.
- Maintaining structure in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and short turnaround times.
- Improving and optimising systems, processes, and documentation to support scale and efficiency.
- Acting as a trusted right hand to the Creative Director, anticipating needs rather than waiting for instruction.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
This role is not suited to someone early in their career or looking for a predictable, single-focus position.
You will likely already have experience in a high-demand EA, operations, project coordination, or agency environment.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust tone depending on audience and context.
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and confidence in navigating different personalities and pressures.

- A calm, solutions-focused approach to stress, deadlines, and competing demands.
- A natural inclination toward structure, order, and continuous improvement.
- Comfort working across multiple systems, platforms, and workflows simultaneously.
HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER EXPERIENCE
While not essential, candidates with experience in creative or digital environments will be strongly regarded.
This may include:
- A background in creative design, digital production, or agency-side work.
- Prior experience working within a marketing, media, or creative agency.
- An understanding of how creative projects move from concept to delivery, including design, video, content, and web workflows.
- Familiarity with creative feedback cycles, versioning, approvals, and client expectations in fast-paced digital projects.
This experience helps you anticipate bottlenecks, communicate more effectively with creatives and clients, and support projects with greater context and efficiency.
SYSTEMS AND TOOLS
Experience with the following is highly regarded:
- HubSpot
- ClickUp
You will also be comfortable with the standard digital tools required to operate efficiently in a modern, remote-first environment, and confident learning new systems quickly.

REMUNERATION
