About Us:
Arete Food Trailers is a U.S.-based company that sells custom food trailers. We serve entrepreneurs across multiple states, helping them launch and grow their mobile food businesses with an emphasis on affordability and charity. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support our daily operations, communications, and design coordination.
Responsibilities:
-Respond to incoming
-Create and send quotes to prospective clients using 'Zoho invoice'.
-Assist in drafting and organizing floor plans using Adobe Illustrator (We use very basic drag & drop floorplans, no design skills needed).
-Coordinate with company management to request customer updates, photos, design revisions, and confirm unique
-Maintain organized communication logs and follow up with clients as needed.
-Help with basic administrative tasks related to project tracking, customer records, and documentation.
-Product postings for promotion on offerup, ebay, craigslist, google shopping, and others.
-Going above and beyond to help our business grow where you see an opportunity.
Qualifications:
-Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
-Experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or administrative support.
-Able to adopt Zoho CRM (or similar CRM tools).
-Excellent attention to detail, responsiveness, and follow-through.
-Reliable internet connection. Biz hours are flexible, open to discuss.
