Job Title: Executive Assistant & Amazon E-Commerce Manager (A-Player)

(up to 40 hours per week | Remote)

The Opportunity: Ultimate Mentorship
This is not a standard assistant role. You will be the direct Executive Assistant to company leadership, learning the business from the inside out. You will receive comprehensive, hands-on mentorship, daily calls, and deep training directly from the management team. In exchange for your extreme organization and dedication, you will learn the exact blueprint for running a successful e-commerce brand and a highly profitable agency.
Mandatory Requirement: Proven hands-on experience in E-Commerce and/or Amazon (Seller Central, PPC, or SEO).
The Mission

Your mission is to act as the ultimate force multiplier for the executive team. You will manage schedules to keep leadership highly effective, while simultaneously taking on direct operational work for our agency clients (Amazon PPC, SEO, and listings). By flawlessly executing agency contracts, keeping clients thrilled, and radically organizing day-to-day operations, you will reduce the team's administrative workload by 25% annually, freeing up time for visionary projects.
Measurable Outcomes (What you must achieve)

A-Players are driven by results. You will be measured on the following outcomes:

Flawless Client Execution: Successfully fulfill the contractual hours and deliverables for our agency clients (PPC, SEO, E-com services). Maintain a 95%+ client satisfaction rate by ensuring all work is done accurately and on time.
Liberate Leadership Time: Reduce the executive team's operational and administrative workload by 25?ch year. Within 3 years, 75% of leadership time must be freed up for new strategic projects. This involves ruthlessly managing calendars, filtering emails, and organizing tasks.

Zero Dropped Balls: Build and maintain an airtight task management system. Ensure that 100% of assigned tasks are completed reliably, thoroughly, and documented without follow-up.
Drive Financial Growth: Directly contribute to increasing company and agency revenue by 25% per year and increasing the EBITDA margin by 7% by the end of Year 3 through efficient campaign management and process optimization.
Team Alignment: Conduct quarterly check-in meetings with tea ---------- mbers to gather feedback, track open tasks, document expectations, and optimize internal processes.

Role-Specific Competencies (Hard Skills)

Amazon & E-Commerce Mastery: Proven experience in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon SEO, and/or PPC advertising. You know how the ecosystem works.
Extreme Organization & Time Management: You are highly structured. You can plan calendars, prioritize tasks ruthlessly, and manage multiple client projects simultaneously without losing overview.
Direct Client Work Execution: Ability to work directly inside e-commerce accounts, optimize listings, and manage advertising budgets efficiently.
Communication: Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written) for precise communication with clients and leadership. Good camera and internet connection.
Technological & Data Competence: Proficient in using e-commerce tools, task management software, and interpreting data to derive actionable business insights.
