JOB OVERVIEW

Hinoki Security is looking for two part-time executive assistants for calendar management, expense reports, and other tasks from time to time. This will require roughly about one hour per day, including weekends. The workload is not very heavy, but it requires fast response time (under 15 minutes) and absolute discretion.

We will be requiring two candidates for this position. One will work US daytime (8am to 8pm Pacific Time) and the other will work US night time (8pm to 8am). The US daytime position is eligible for an additional $100 per week bonus.

This role is a good fit for you if you are already working remotely for an American company and is looking to earn additional supplemental income. You must have at least three years of experience working as an executive assistant in a full-time capacity.

In your application, you must:

- include a (separate) Loom video that explains how you have handled overnight shifts, specifically how you stay alert and ensure you don't burn out. As part of this video, also include how you plan to handle this job's shift requirements.
