Are you a highly seasoned Executive Assistant who thrives in organized chaos and knows how to support a high-visibility CEO with calm authority?
If you’re discreet, proactive, and able to manage both professional and personal priorities without constant direction, this role might be the right fit for you.
What You Will Do
• Manage the CEO’s inbox, calendar, scheduling, and meeting preparation
• Act as a trusted gatekeeper with internal teams and external contacts
• Coordinate complex travel plans, including last-minute changes
• Track deadlines, commitments, and follow-ups to ensure nothing is missed
• Support personal logistics such as appointments, reminders, and important dates
• Assist with projects, publishing initiatives, and one-off executive priorities
• Coordinate across departments, including operations, finance, and creative teams
Who You Are
• 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, founders, or public-facing leaders
• Highly professional, discreet, and calm under pressure
• Strong judgment with the confidence to push back diplomatically when needed
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to anticipate needs
• Comfortable managing both personal and professional domains seamlessly
• Highly responsive and dependable, with flexibility outside standard business hours
• Experienced working remotely and staying aligned across time zones
