JOB OVERVIEW

EA/CEO Execution Partner / Personal Operations Manager
Protect the Founder’s Time. Let Founder do what they're best at.
Remote, Philippines | U.S. Eastern overlap | Full-time
50 hours per week

Compensation and Validation
$2,500/month during the first 90-day validation period
First 14 days are a paid work trial using real work
Operators who far exceed the agreed performance standard move to a $3,500/month base on Day 90, with additional upside as impact and ownership expand.
Performance is reviewed weekly. Compensation and scope are formally reviewed at Day 90
This is not pay for activity.

You do not earn more by being online, maintaining a task list, or sending pleasant updates. You earn more by finishing meaningful work, protecting CEO's time, solving problems without being chased, and permanently removing work from his plate.

The Day 90 review will consider:
Meaningful work completed
Founder time and attention saved
Recurring responsibilities removed from CEO
Follow-ups eliminated
Blockers solved without founder intervention
Health, personal, and CEO priorities moved forward
Problems converted into delegation, automation, systems, or deletion
Whether CEO had to chase, remind, or re-explain work
If you exceed the agreed standard, your base increases to $3,500/month beginning with the next pay period. Exceptional performance can earn additional upside and expanded ownership.
There will be no surprise standards introduced at Day 90.

This role is for a rare kind of person
You see unfinished work and feel compelled to finish it.
You do not need a founder to explain every obvious next step.
You get genuine satisfaction from taking chaos, pressure, loose ends, and half-formed ideas and turning them into:
“Done. Here’s what changed.”
You are not looking for a job where you wait for instructions and keep a task list updated.
You want to become the person who makes an overloaded founder dramatically lighter.

Why this role exists
Ceo is a visionary.
His highest-value work is thinking, creating, d ---------- , leading, and building the future.
His weakness is that once ideas leave his head, a mountain of execution follows:
Health tasks
Appointments
Records
Research
Follow-ups
Travel
Personal logistics
Errands
Vendors
Scheduling
Projects
Loose ends
When those things remain unfinished, they return to Dylan’s brain. He becomes the reminder system, scheduler, researcher, project manager, and emergency backup.
That steals his time, energy, health, focus, and ability to be fully himself.
Your job is to remove that burden.
Not organize it.
Not report on it.
Finish it.
Your mission
You are the execution engine behind Ceo’s vision.
You will take messy voice notes, ideas, priorities, and unfinished work and turn them into completed outcomes without requiring Ceo to project-manage the middle.

You will:
Clarify the desired outcome.
Identify the next actions.
Own or coordinate the execution.
Push through blockers.
Close the loop with proof.
Prevent the same problem from returning.
Your goal is for Ceo to spend more of his life being authentic by doing only what he should do.
Thinking
Creating
D ----------
Leading
Building the future
You handle the mountain of execution that allows him to stay in that role.

What you will own
Finish a large volume of meaningful work from Ceo’s active to-do list every day
Protect his calendar, deep work, recovery, health, and personal priorities
Drive health administration from approved decision to completion
Schedule appointments, gather records, prepare documents, and close follow-ups
Turn voice notes and ideas into prioritized action and completed projects
Own travel, Trip preparation, errands, purchases, vendors, reservations, and personal logistics
Chase people, enforce deadlines, remove blockers, and find another route when the first route fails
Keep open loops visible and moving
Identify recurring friction and eliminate it through delegation, automation, systemization, or deletion
Give concise updates containing what finished, what changed, what is blocked, your recommendation, and the next date
Protect team from being diverted into Ceo's personal and CEO-level execution work
You do not make medical, relationship, values, or major financial decisions. You own the execution around those decisions and escalate only what truly requires the CEO.
Health-related information must be handled only through approved, privacy-compliant systems and workflows.

What a great day looks like
At the beginning of the day, you know:
What CEO wants moved
What matters most
What can be handled without him
What needs clarification
What must be finished today
During the day, you move mountains:
Close open loops
Push delayed people
Complete health and personal tasks
Convert ideas into action
Remove friction
Protect CEOs time
Solve problems before they reach him
At the end of the day, CEO should not be asking, “What happened with that?”
He should be able to see:
What finished. What changed. What is blocked. What you are handling next.

What winning looks like
After 7 days
CEO feels significantly lighter. Important things are moving. He is no longer reminding you what happens next. You have completed real health, personal, and execution work. You have shown that you can take ownership without being chased. CEO is no longer carrying routine personal work, chasing follow-ups, or remembering unfinished details. You are independently running your lane.

After 14 days
Can send a messy voice note and trust that it will become organized, prioritized, and executed without him pushing every step.
The highest compliment you can receive is:
“I forgot that was even a problem.”
You become deeply trusted because the CEO's life and priorities move reliably without him carrying the execution.

This is not for you if
You need instructions for every step
You say “I’m on it” instead of producing results
You wait passively when someone is slow
You get stuck because another person has not replied
You avoid uncomfortable follow-ups
You need praise or reassurance to keep moving
You confuse activity with progress
You send summaries instead of completed outcomes
You become defensive when corrected
You want a relaxed, low-pressure assistant job
You are juggling multiple full-time clients
You want to manage people before proving you can execute personally
You change jobs every few months and blame every company for the pattern

This is for you if
You are a finisher
You stay calm when things are messy
You move quickly without becoming careless
You push professionally without needing formal authority
You ask sharp questions, then act
You naturally protect the person you support from friction
You have taken unclear work from start to completion
You can handle personal, administrative, logistical, and business-adjacent work without ego
You prefer being judged by outcomes instead of hours
You want a long-term seat where trust, autonomy, and compensation grow with impact
You get satisfaction from making difficult things disappear
We do not need someone to manage a tracker.
We need someone who makes the tracker unnecessary.

The standard
You are not paid to maintain a to-do list.
You are paid to empty it.
If CEO has to chase you, remind you, investigate your work, or repeatedly explain the same expectation, the role is failing.
If you naturally say:
“I saw it. I handled it. Here’s the proof.”
you may be exactly who we are looking for.

What you get if you win
Direct access to the CEO
Real ownership over a high-trust execution lane
Increasing autonomy as you prove reliability
Compensation growth tied to real impact
The opportunity to become exceptional at founder-level execution
The chance to build systems and judgment that prepare you for larger operating responsibility
A role where your work directly improves another person’s health, freedom, focus, and output
This is not a role where you disappear into a department.
When you do your job well, the founder thinks more clearly, creates more, makes better decisions, and gets his life back.
That is your scoreboard.

How to apply
Do not use quick apply.
Begin your message with Dear DUC.
Send all six items:
Your résumé or LinkedIn profile.
A two-minute video describing the messiest problem you personally drove from unclear to completed.
One example of pushing someone senior or unresponsive to get something finished.
One artifact from prior work showing something you built or completed. This can be a process, project, checklist, before-and-after example, or other proof. Remove confidential information.

Answer this scenario in 5–8 bullets:
CEO sends you a voice note containing five unfinished health and personal tasks. What do you do in the next 30 minutes, 24 hours, and 7 days?
Your preferred compensation and earliest start date.
Missing information, generic answers, or quick-apply submissions will be rejected.
Finalists complete a paid 14-day work trial using real work.
We do not hire based on charm, confidence, or polished résumés.
We hire based on proof.
If you want to be told what to do, do not apply.
If you want to become the person who makes a founder breathe easier because nothing important gets dropped, apply.

If you read this and think:
“Finally. A role where finishing hard things is the whole point.”
we want to hear from you.
