Your job is to eliminate chaos by creating systems, dashboards, accountability, and consistent follow-through.
At the same time, you’ll help increase occupancy, improve collections, and maximize revenue.
Your Primary Objectives
1. Build Our Company Operating System
You’ll organize every part of the business into one centralized system using Airtable.
By the end of your first year, the CEO should be able to open one dashboard and instantly see the health of the entire company.
2. Increase Revenue
Revenue comes first.
Your responsibility is to make sure:
Apartments rent faster
Commercial vacancies decrease
Every lead receives follow-up
Every application gets processed
Every lease gets signed
Every deposit gets collected
Collections improve
Occupancy continues to increase
3. Remove Daily Operations From the CEO
The CEO should spend less time putting out fires and more time growing the business.
You’ll build systems that make that possible.
Your Responsibilities
Leasing & Revenue
Respond quickly to every new lead
Schedule and coordinate showings
Follow up until applicants make a decision
Convert leads into signed leases
Reduce vacancy days
Coordinate move-ins
Collect deposits and lease paperwork
Track occupancy by property
Recommend rental increases based on market conditions
Build referral relationships with housing agencies, employers, and community organizations
Help maximize revenue across both residential and commercial portfolios
Operations & Systems
You’ll design and maintain the company’s operational dashboard using Airtable.
Everything should be organized, tracked, and visible.
