Administrative & Creative Assistant (Remote – Full-Time)

Legal Brand Marketing (LBM) has been a trusted leader in legal lead generation since 2004, helping U.S. law firms and service providers connect with qualified clients. We’re now expanding into new verticals, including home services, solar, finance, and senior care, and are looking for a dependable, highly creative professional to support our growing marketing team.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Marketing & Creative Assistant who will serve as our default design and creative point person.
This person will handle all internal creative requests, from logos and social media graphics to AI headshots,
You’ll work directly with our Managing Director and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure every creative and campaign detail is executed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Design (Core Function)
-Act as the primary designer for all internal requests.
-Design logos, banners, infographics, ad creatives, and presentation materials.
-Create AI headshots, mockups, and visual assets for marketing use.
-Build and format HTML
-Maintain brand consistency across all design and web materials.
-Update images and content on company websites (WordPress / Elementor).
-Produce social media visuals optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and web.
Email
-Build and manage campaigns in Mailchimp, Apollo, and Instantly.
-Design and test
-Segment lists, monitor deliverability, and report on campaign performance.
Data & Reporting
-Manage and analyze data in Google Sheets / Excel.
-Build pivot tables, formulas, and dashboards to track marketing metrics.
-Prepare weekly summaries and visual reports.
-Maintain internal reporting
Administrative & Project Support
-Handle conference registrations, vendor coordination, and event logistics.
-Maintain shared trackers, task boards, and calendars.
-Conduct online research for marketing tools, vendors, and sponsorships.
Qualifications
-3+ years of experience as a Marketing Assistant, Graphic Designer, or Creative VA.
-A good eye for design with UX in mind
-Strong design portfolio: must include online samples (logos, websites, or HTML
-Advanced proficiency in Canva and working knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator.
-Skilled in Google Sheets / Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, and dashboards).
-Experience with Mailchimp, Apollo, and Instantly for
-Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for
-WordPress / Elementor experience
-Excellent written and spoken English.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Bonus Skills:
-Video editing (Canva, CapCut, Premiere)
-Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Sora, etc.)
Work Details
-Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (U.S. Pacific Time), equivalent to Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Philippines Time.
-Type: Remote / Work from Home
Salary: $7.50/hr USD
