JOB OVERVIEW

We are a non-profit Christian church based in Hong Kong seeking a highly proactive and tech-savvy remote assistant to handle both financial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping: Manage accounts using QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate data entry and reconciliation.

Data Analysis: Utilize Swift Analytics to generate reports and track organizational growth.

Admin Support: Work in various online platforms, such as Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets, Dropbox, Mailchimp etc). Download statements from utility companies,

Able to handle smaller misc routine tasks for church operations.

AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, draft communications, and improve efficiency.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in bookkeeping (QBO certified preferred).
-High proficiency in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
-Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems before they arise.
-Excellent written and verbal English.
-Experience with non-profit or church operations is a plus.
