We're a growing marketing agency looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Account Manager / Executive Assistant to help keep our clients happy and our operations running smoothly.
If you're a natural communicator who loves staying on top of things, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple projects.
Coordinate between designers, developers, and other tea
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and send recaps.
Handle
Assist with proposals, reports, and client-facing documents.
Track tasks and deadlines using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar)
Flag issues early and help problem-solve before they escalate
What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in account management, virtual assistance, or a client-facing role (agency experience is a big plus)
Exceptional organizational skills - nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
Strong written and verbal English communication.
Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities at once.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Google Workspace, project management tools, and comfortable learning new platforms quickly.
Professional, friendly demeanor.
Nice to Have:
Experience working in a marketing or creative agency.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL), CRMs, or marketing tools.
Basic understanding of digital marketing services (social media, ads, web design, SEO).
Work Details:
Part-time (10–20 hours/week or per gig at the beginning), Monday–Friday
