JOB OVERVIEW

Do you know what a Second Brain is, do you work with AI every day, and have you built agents? If you had to ask about any of those, this project is not for you.

PROJECT BASED. I primarily work out of OneDrive and OneNote, and I also have Notion. I have years of notes, files and documents scattered across all of it. I need someone experienced to consolidate everything into one proper Second Brain in Notion - and to build it so that AI can actually work with it. This is a short project to get everything set up, and if it goes well we can talk about ongoing work from there.

THE PROJECT
- Audit what I have: OneDrive files and folders, OneNote notebooks, sections and pages, and whatever already exists in Notion
- Design a clean PARA structure (Projects, Areas, Resources, Archives) in Notion, or an equivalent structure you can justify
- Migrate my OneNote notebooks into Notion cleanly - pages, sections, images, attachments and links intact, not a broken copy-paste mess
- D ---------- with me what belongs in Notion as knowledge and what stays in OneDrive as file storage, then organize OneDrive to match
- Kill duplicates and near-duplicates, archive what is dead, surface what actually matters
- Set a consistent naming convention and apply it across both systems
- Build the Notion side properly: databases, tags, linked relations, dashboards and templates that are genuinely useful, not decorative
- Set up a capture inbox and a simple, repeatable process for filing new material as it comes in
- Use AI to speed the work up: bulk summarizing, tagging, cleaning and reformatting content - with your own eyes on the output, never blind trust
- Make the whole thing AI-ready: structured and clean enough that Claude or ChatGPT can be pointed at it and give useful answers
- Assemble reusable assets from my material: prompt libraries, custom GPTs or Claude Projects, templates, SOPs and checklists
- Set up simple automations so the system keeps itself fed and tidy
- Build agents that work on top of the system - something that can answer questions from my knowledge base, file new material, or run a recurring task without me babysitting it. Build it on whatever platform you are strongest in.
- Write me a short, plain-English guide and a quick walkthrough video so I can maintain it myself afterward

REQUIRED - YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE
- Real experience building or running a Second Brain / PKM system for yourself or a client. Tell us whose it was and how long you ran it.
- Solid understanding of PARA and progressive summarization, or a comparable method you can explain clearly
- Proven hands-on experience migrating content INTO Notion, ideally from OneNote or Evernote. Tell us how you did it and what broke.
- Strong OneDrive, OneNote and Microsoft 365 skills
- Deep, practical Notion skills - databases, relations, rollups, templates
- Genuine daily proficiency with AI, specifically Claude and ChatGPT. You should understand the different model tiers and when to use which, and be able to explain what each is good and bad at.
- Real experience building ON TOP of LLMs - custom GPTs, Claude Projects, knowledge bases the model can search, system prompts and prompt libraries. You do not need to train a model from scratch, but you must understand how these systems are put together and what makes them work or fail.
- Working knowledge of automation - Make, Zapier, n8n, Notion automations or similar - and the judgment to know what is worth automating
- Experience assembling reusable assets: prompt libraries, templates, SOPs, workflows others can pick up and use
- AGENTIC AI: you understand where the world is going with agents and you have actually built and shipped them. The platform does not matter to me - Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude, OpenAI Assistants or custom GPTs, n8n, Make, Zapier Agents, LangChain, Relevance AI, whatever you are strongest in. What matters is that you have really built agents: connected them to data sources, defined their actions and triggers, set guardrails, tested them and put them into use. Tell me specifically what you shipped and what it does.
- You can explain in plain English the difference between a chatbot, an automation and a true agent, and when each one is the right answer
- HUGE ADVANTAGE: real proficiency in n8n and Base44. If you can build workflows in n8n and ship apps or tools in Base44, say so clearly and show me what you have built - it will move you to the front of the line.
- Strong written English and good judgment about what matters in a document and what can be archived
- Careful and methodical - a bad migration is worse than no migration

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF
- You have only watched videos about Second Brains but never built one
- You have never actually migrated real content into Notion
- Your AI experience is casually asking ChatGPT questions - that is not what this is
- You have read about agents but have never built and shipped one
- You are not actively using AI in your own work. Everything in this project runs through AI - if AI is not already part of how you work every day, this is not the project for you.
- You are hoping to learn this on the job - I need someone productive from day one
- You are sending a generic copy-paste application

THE INTERVIEW
Be ready to walk me through work you have actually done. Expect to explain:
- How you structured a real system and why you made those choices
- Exactly how you handled a real migration, step by step, and what you did about the things that did not transfer cleanly
- An AI workflow, custom GPT, Claude Project or automation you built - what it does, how you built it, and where it fell short
- An agent you have built on any platform - walk me through how you set it up, what data it uses, what it can and cannot do, and what you learned when it misbehaved
- How you d ---------- which model or tool to use for a given task
- What the outcome was - what got faster, easier or findable, with real examples and numbers
I will likely ask you to share your screen and give me a tour, so please have something real to show.

- Sunday: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM Eastern (Monday 3:00 AM - 7:00 AM, Philippine time)

- Built and shipped real agents on some platform

NOT required, but a STRONG PLUS that will move you to the front of the line:

- Proficiency in Base44
