Media Buyer / Executive Assistant
Remote, 12 AM to 8 AM Eastern

The role
Two jobs in one. You’ll run the day-to-day media buying on our Meta ad account, and you’ll keep our whole operation tidy and moving as my executive assistant.

Media buying

Launch ads, following our naming and setup standards.
Handle ad rejections: find the cause, fix it and resubmit.
Relaunch ads that need it.
Watch the account through your shift: ads live, spending properly and delivering.
Check performance, and flag anything I should know about, like spend that’s off, delivery that stops, or errors.

Executive assistant and operations

Keep Notion, Frame and the ad account in sync, and make sure everything is named and organised properly.
Make sure our editors always have work in their queue, and flag it when a queue runs low or something is stuck.
Check that cards are in the right stage, files are in the right folders, and nothing is falling through the cracks.
Keep trackers up to date, and send me a short Slack summary at the end of each shift covering what you launched, fixed and flagged.

What we’re looking for

Media buying experience on Meta Ads Manager. You should be able to launch ads, fix policy rejections and relaunch without hand-holding.
Very organised, with an eye for detail. You notice when something’s out of place.
Reliable and able to work independently.
Strong written English and comfortable using Slack.
Available 12 AM to 8 AM Eastern with stable internet.
