JOB OVERVIEW

Kept is a new iOS app for busy couples who feel like they've drifted into being roommates. It gives them a few minutes a day of simple rituals and games to reconnect, and only one partner needs the app. Kept is live on the App Store, and we're growing through UGC (user-generated content) from creators on TikTok. We're an early-stage, founder-led team, so joining now means real ownership and room to grow as the team expands.

----------

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Virtual Assistant to support Kept. You'll be the organizer behind our UGC creator program, the friendly voice of Kept for our users, and the person who keeps the founder's calendar and inbox running smoothly. You'll work directly with Eric, the founder.

- Type: Part-time, about 25 hours per week, with the possibility of moving to full-time and growing into a UGC Program Manager role as Kept grows
- Pay: $500/month, paid weekly (about $115/week) through OnlineJobs.ph EasyPay, with a raise review after 90 days. Paid on time, every time.
- Starts with: a short paid trial task, then a one-month paid trial period

HOW WE WORK
- Async, with a daily EOD report. Work on your own schedule, then send a short end-of-day report:
Done today: tasks completed
Creators: new applicants, videos posted, anyone late
Support: emails answered, anything escalated
Blockers: anything you need from Eric
Tomorrow: your top priorities
- Fast replies. Customer and creator messages answered within 24 hours on weekdays.
- One weekly check-in. A 15-30 minute call, with some overlap with US Pacific time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

UGC creator program (main focus)
1. SideShift campaigns. Manage our UGC campaigns on SideShift, our main creator platform: review applicants, message creators, and keep campaign details up to date.
2. Creator sourcing. Beyond SideShift, find UGC creators who post couples and relationship content on TikTok, Facebook groups, and other platforms. Screen them against our checklist and send promising ones to Eric for approval.
3. Onboarding. Welcome approved creators, send the brief, warm-up rules, and app access, and add them to our creator ---------- .
4. ---------- community. Run our creator ---------- : pin current briefs, post announcements, answer questions, and keep the space active and organized.
5. Deadlines and consistency. Track who has posted and who hasn't, follow up on late videos, and flag creators who repeatedly miss deadlines.
6. Performance tracking. Log every video in our creator tracker, fill in views at 48 hours and 7 days, flag any video over 10K views, and keep creator tier levels (Bronze / Silver / Gold) up to date.
7. Leaderboard. Post weekly leaderboard updates and tier promotions in ---------- to celebrate wins.
8. Weekly report. Every Monday, send Eric the top 5 and bottom 5 videos of the week with views and notable comments.
9. Swipe file. Save the best couples and relationship videos you come across each week into a shared folder for inspiration.

Customer support
10. Support inbox. Answer user emails at our support address: subscription questions, how-to questions, and bug reports. Use our saved replies, keep a warm tone, and escalate anything unusual. Refunds are handled through Apple, so point users there.
11. Feedback board. Keep our Featurebase feedback board organized: tag and merge duplicates, update statuses, and include the top requests and bugs in the weekly report.
12. App Store reviews. Draft replies to App Store reviews using approved templates.
13. Saved replies and FAQs. Turn repeated questions into saved replies and suggest new help center articles.

Founder admin
14. Calendar. Manage Eric's Google Calendar: schedule creator calls, client calls, and meetings without booking over protected focus blocks.
15. Inbox triage. Sort Eric's inbox into reply-needed, FYI, and archive, and draft replies to routine emails for his review.
16. Receipts. Collect business receipts and invoices into a shared folder each month.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must have
- Fluent English, written and spoken, with a warm, natural tone
- Comfortable writing to US-based creators and customers so your messages read naturally, not like a template
- Very organized and reliable: you meet deadlines and follow up without being chased
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and ----------
- You use TikTok and can tell when a video feels authentic rather than like an ad

Nice to have
- Experience coordinating UGC creators, influencers, or creator campaigns
- Experience with SideShift or other UGC creator platforms
- Customer support experience, ideally for an app or subscription product
- Experience managing a calendar or inbox for a founder or executive
- Familiarity with Featurebase, Help Scout, or similar tools
- Interest in relationships, wellness, or lifestyle apps

HIRING PROCESS
1. Application review
2. Paid trial task (about 2 hours, flat fee):
- Find 10 TikTok creators who post couples or relationship content, have under 50K followers, and seem like a good fit. Put them in a sheet with their handle, follower count, a link to one strong video, and one line on why they'd fit.
- Reply to 2 sample customer emails.
3. One-month paid trial period, with a review at the end
4. Ongoing role, offered if the trial goes well

All work, data, and customer information belong to Merit Point Holdings and are kept confidential.

HOW TO APPLY
1. Use the subject line "Kept VA Application" so we know you read the full post.
2. In 2-3 sentences, tell us about your experience with UGC or creator coordination, customer support, or admin work. Include any results you can share, such as how many creators you recruited or managed, views or sales from campaigns you supported, or support volume you handled.
3. Write a short, friendly reply to this email: "I was charged but the app still shows the paywall. Help?"
4. Share a link to one TikTok video that feels authentic and not like an ad, and tell us why in one sentence.
