JOB OVERVIEW

About us: We're a small, fast-moving team behind a consumer app and a creator video service. Growth comes from creators making short videos on TikTok and Instagram. You'll own the whole creator pipeline end to end, from finding creators to paying them and reporting results.
What you'll do:
- Source creators from our creator platforms and cold email outreach.
- Vet every creator against our rule: US-based, speaks English on camera, at least one video with 10k+ views, and good and enthusiastic talking to camera. You log the link and view count as proof.
- Invite and accept creators on our creator platform, and decline the ones who don't fit.
- Onboard creators with our brief and scripts, and answer their questions.
- Chase posting gently. Friendly, never pushy reminders, with real dates.
- Track everything in our Notion creator pipeline (status, deadlines, links, views, payment).
- Prepare creator payments once posts are verified, and keep a payment log.
- Weekly report every Monday: creators sourced, vetted, invited, posted, views, spend, and what's blocking.
Must-haves:
- Fluent written and spoken English
- At least 4 hours a day overlapping US hours (Eastern/Pacific)
- Comfortable using AI tools daily (ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude), and you always double-check the output
- Confident in Notion and Google Sheets
- Proactive: you spot problems and fix them without being asked
- Detail-obsessed. "Done" means done and checked.
Nice to have: TikTok/UGC or influencer-marketing experience, cold email experience.
Rate: USD $700–1,100/month full-time (40 hrs/week), or about $4–7/hr part-time.
How to apply (read carefully, we check every step):
1. Start your application with the word "SUNRISE" as the very first word.
2. Record a video of about 3 minutes, 5 minutes max, on Loom or YouTube (unlisted is fine). The link must be public and viewable without logging in or requesting access. Answer these three questions:
- Tell us about a time you handled a hard, messy task end to end. What did you do, and what was the result?
- How would you run outreach to 50 creators in one week? Walk us through the steps, tools and follow-ups.
- How do you use AI in your work, and how do you double-check what it gives you?
- BONUS: In your video, tell us about a time you ran a similar workflow. It doesn't need to be the exact same job, just the same kinds of problems: recruiting or vetting people or creators at volume, chasing many people for deliverables, keeping a pipeline/CRM accurate, or coordinating content posting. Candidates who show this get priority.
3. Paste the video link in your application, plus one line on your current hours and availability.
Applications that skip any step won't be reviewed. Shortlisted applicants get a paid trial task.
