JOB OVERVIEW

I'm Glenn. I teach musicians how to get their music placed on TV shows and in films. I used to run a sync team at a major music company. I also compose for kids TV and run a paid coaching group.

My follow-ups slip. People wait on me. I need a partner who owns that problem, because my best work happens on coaching calls and in the studio.

What you'll own

A working HubSpot CRM. You build it. I approve it before it goes live.
25 outreach touches a week. You research and draft them, then queue them for me. You send the follow-ups I've approved.
Zero overdue follow-ups. You track every open loop.
A Friday report that shows who is warm, who is cooling, and what needs me.
Admin for my weekly coaching calls.

Results are what matter. I'll tell you what I need and by when. You choose how.

Authority

Improve the SOPs as you learn.
Flag problems before I see them.
Make small decisions inside the rules we set.

Requirements

4+ years supporting founders or executives
Built HubSpot workflows, not only entered data
Gmail and Google Workspace
Warm, clear writing that matches a voice
Experience writing SOPs
Async video updates (Loom)

Nice to have: Zapier or Make, Airtable or Trello, Skool, and music industry knowledge.
