Job Description

***FEMALE UNDER 30 YEARS OF AGE PREFERRED***

We’re looking for an energetic, ambitious, and motivated Virtual Assistant who is hungry to learn, willing to work hard, and excited to grow with our team long-term.
You do not need to know everything already. We care much more about your attitude, honesty, reliability, communication, willingness to learn, and ability to take ownership.
We have opportunities across different areas of the business, so this role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, learns quickly, takes feedback well, and wants to develop new skills and responsibilities over time.

Possible Responsibilities
Depending on your strengths, your responsibilities may include:
- Online research
- Administrative support
- Organizing information, files, and documents
- Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Calendar and scheduling assistance
- Following up on tasks
- Helping coordinate projects
- Communicating with team members or external businesses
- Using AI tools such as ChatGPT/Gemini
- Assisting with various day-to-day business tasks
- Learning new responsibilities as the role develops

We are not looking for someone who already knows everything. We are looking for someone with the right attitude who can learn quickly, work hard, be honest, and become increasingly valuable over time.

Salary: $400–$500 USD/month
