THE ROLE
You are the Executive Assistant to the CEO. You manage his administrative operations and support his daily workflows. You anticipate needs, solve problems before they escalate, and ensure the CEO can focus on high leverage tasks. You execute plans, conduct research, and take ownership of any project assigned to you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Manage complex calendar scheduling, travel plans, and daily itineraries for the CEO.
* Conduct thorough research and compile actionable data on any topic the CEO requests.
* Handle any ad hoc project, operational task, or administrative duty the CEO assigns to keep his workflow uninterrupted.
* Execute administrative workflows using Google Workspace, Notion, Time Doctor 2, and GoHighLevel.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Solid and proven experience in administrative support or executive assistant roles directly supporting a CEO or founder.
* Track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously without letting smaller tasks suffer.
* Deep mastery of software tools like Google Workspace.
* Fully fluent in English, with exceptional speaking, reading, and comprehension skills.
* Clear, direct communication in writing and on calls, no scripts needed.
* Reliable internet and a computer that can handle a full workday.
* Commitment to working reliably from 9 a.m. PST to 6 p.m. PST.

NICE TO HAVE
* Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency.

WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR
* Someone who needs daily check ins or constant hand holding.
* Someone who waits for instructions instead of solving problems proactively.
* Someone who struggles to adapt to new software or operational processes.

We want someone who owns their responsibilities.

LOGISTICS
Full time independent contractor role, remote. You must be able to work from 9 a.m. PST to 6 p.m. PST reliably. Compensation is based on experience and demonstrated administrative management
