JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for an Executive Virtual Assistant with fluent, near-native English who can hop on a call, get the instructions once, and execute.

ABOUT US
We are a US content creation and online coaching business. The owner is busy creating content and coaching clients. You will be the person who keeps everything else moving.

Hiring for multiple positions. 20-40 hours per week, full-time or part-time.

A TYPICAL DAY
- Short call with the owner: get today's priorities, ask smart questions, go execute
- Call clients, coaching members, vendors and service providers from a local US phone number we give you
- Book appointments, confirm meetings, follow up on payments or deliverables
- Keep the inbox and calendar under control
- Coordinate with our editors, content team and contractors
- Research, organize, and send a clear end-of-day update: what is done, what is pending

YOU ARE
- Fluent in English, spoken and written. You sound clear and natural on US phone calls
- Quick to understand and quick to act. You do not need things explained twice
- Organized, dependable, and honest about deadlines
- Resourceful: you figure things out, and you ask when it matters
- Set up with reliable internet, a quiet space and a good headset
- Available for calls during agreed US-time hours
- MUST: A voice or video recording link included with your application (Loom video, Vocaroo voice message, or any other voice recording link)

BONUS
- Prior experience as an EA / PA for a US entrepreneur, coach or creator
- Familiar with Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp / Asana / Notion
- Uses AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude) to work faster

PAY: PHP 20,000 - 30,000/month (full-time, based on experience). Part-time pro-rated.
