SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / AI BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER

Full-Time | Long-Term | Remote | Flexible Schedule - Available for US Times | FAST HIRING

We are looking for someone who can become a **founder's right hand**.

This is not a traditional VA position where you are given a list of tasks and told exactly what to do.

We want someone who can look at the business, identify what needs attention, take ownership, solve problems, improve systems, and use AI and automation to make the company more efficient.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Executive & Business Operations

* Work directly with the founder on day-to-day priorities
* Manage follow-ups, research, projects, and action items
* Keep important things from falling through the cracks
* Research companies, markets, competitors, prospects, and opportunities
* Support business development and lead generation
* Manage and improve CRM processes
* Create SOPs and documentation
* Identify inefficient processes and recommend improvements
* Take ownership of projects from idea through completion
* Coordinate with other team members, contractors, and partners
* Help the founder turn ideas into organized execution

### AI & Automation

We want someone who sees repetitive work and asks:

**"Why are we doing this manually?"**

You may work with:

* ChatGPT / Claude
* n8n
* Make
* Zapier
* GoHighLevel
* HubSpot
* Airtable
* Google Workspace
* APIs
* Webhooks
* AI agents
* CRM automations
* Other tools you discover that can solve a problem

You do **not** need to be a software engineer.

However, you should have some experience **actually configuring, building, testing, or improving workflows and systems**.

Using ChatGPT to write emails does not count as automation experience.

# COMPENSATION

**$900–$1,500 USD/month depending on demonstrated experience and ability.**

We are willing to pay more for someone who can genuinely operate at a higher level.

* Full-time
* 40 hours/week
* Remote
* Flexible working schedule (Available for meetings with founder and team during requested US Hours)
* Regular overlap with U.S. hours when needed
* Must be available for important meetings, collaboration, and time-sensitive priorities
* Schedule can otherwise be structured flexibly around the business
