The schedule, up front

Our team runs on US Central Time to overlap with our clients. Your shift is 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM Manila time, Monday through Friday, and it stays there all year — you will not be asked to change hours when the US clock changes.

This is a permanent evening-into-night shift. We already have Filipino team members working US hours. If that doesn't fit your life long-term, please don't apply — we'd rather you skip this than leave in month two.

About MissFit Coaching

We're a career coaching and reverse recruiting firm serving Director-and-above executives across the United States. Our clients are senior leaders in transition, and we run their job search for them. We keep about 30 clients at a time by design. Deep, not wide.

The role

You run the search for a book of executive clients. Not as a coordinator tracking someone else's work — you do the work. Each client is a live project with a target, a strategy, a timeline and a weekly cadence, and you manage yours the way a strong project manager manages a portfolio: everything visible, nothing stalled, no client quietly going three weeks without progress because another one was loud.

You'll be trained on our methodology and scoring standards. We're not asking you to invent the approach. We're asking you to execute it with precision across several clients at once, and to notice when one is drifting before anyone tells you.

You report to the Head of Client Services.

What you'll do

Source live, apply-able roles for your clients across company career pages, ATS portals, niche boards, association boards and executive channels — not aggregator scraping
Score each role against the client's strategy using our rubric, and defend the score
Prepare and submit applications, tracking every one to a live posting and a named contact
Research target companies and build outreach lists — the people who could open a door, and the path to them
Draft outreach and follow-up on the client's behalf, to our standards
Maintain each client's workbook as the system of record: every role, score, application, contact and follow-up date, current and accurate
Run your own weekly plan per client — what's due, what's overdue, what needs a decision — and report it without being asked
Flag stalls early: a client with no new roles this week, an outreach thread gone cold, a target list that's run dry

How we'll know you're good at this

Five to 8 clients, each with roles to source, applications to file, contacts to chase, and a workbook to keep current, and none of them falling off because this week got busy. That's the whole job. It requires a system, and you must already have one.

What you need

Five years minimum in project management, operations, recruiting, staffing or client services delivery. We verify employment.
Proven experience carrying multiple concurrent client accounts or projects at once — tell us how many, and how you tracked them
Flawless written English. You'll draft outreach that goes out under an executive's name and reports read by US leadership. Errors in your application end it there.
A proactive operator. This job is noticing what hasn't happened yet and acting before anyone asks. If you need tasks assigned to start working, we're the wrong fit.
Strong research instincts — comfort digging through company sites, ATS portals and LinkedIn to find what isn't surfacing on job boards
Spreadsheets as a working tool, not just a place to type
Willingness to sign an NDA. Many of our clients are searching while still employed and their search is confidential.
Reliable internet with a backup connection, a quiet space, and a computer that handles video calls

Nice to have

Recruiting, sourcing, staffing or HR background
Familiarity with the US corporate job market
BPO or US-client account management experience
AI tools already in your daily workflow

Tools: Claude, Google Workspace, 3CX.
