JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring a Remote Executive Assistant to support our leadership and operations team with the behind-the-scenes administrative work that keeps a busy office moving.

This is a non-sales role centered on CRM upkeep, document processing, records management, and internal coordination. Your job is to keep client records clean, workflows organized, and daily operations running without anyone having to chase you for an update.

What you'll do
- Keep client and account records accurate and current in the CRM
- Process and track applications, paperwork, and document-driven workflows end to end
- Organize and maintain digital files, folders, and trackers
- Prepare reports and keep pipeline and status updates current
- Handle day-to-day administrative requests from leadership
- Monitor anything pending and follow up until the missing pieces come in
- Protect data accuracy and follow internal processes exactly as written

What we're looking for
- 2+ years of virtual administrative or executive support experience
- Hands-on experience with a CRM or similar business system
- Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail
- Comfortable handling confidential client information
- Strong written and verbal English
- Able to work independently and stay consistent in a remote setup

Experience in insurance, financial services, or another support-heavy industry is a plus
