JOB OVERVIEW

I'm George, founder of a DTC pet supplement brand that went from zero to 7 figures in under a year and is on track for 8 figures. The business is growing faster than I can keep it organized, and the small stuff is eating my days. I need one person who takes it all off my plate and runs it better than I would.

This is not a VA job where you wait for tasks. You'll be my right hand: the business first, my personal admin too.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

1. Systems and organization (your #1 priority from day one)
- Build our Notion workspace (and ClickUp where it fits): team wiki, SOPs, project boards, templates.
- Move our Google Docs into Notion, formatted, structured and linked, so anyone on the team finds anything in seconds.
- One page per team member: role, contract, SOPs, tools, onboarding.
- Keep Google Drive clean: clear folders, consistent file names, no more "Untitled document".

2. Inbox, messages and follow-ups
- Go through my email and messages every day: flag what needs me, draft the replies, clear the rest.
- Track what I owe people and what they owe me. Remind me before anything is late.

3. Calendar
- Run my Google Calendar: calls, invites, clashes, reminders, and the links I need in every event.

4. Personal admin (a big part of the job)
- Apartments, travel, purchases, appointments, deliveries. Whatever it is, you research it, bring me one clear recommendation and see it through to done.

WHERE THIS GOES
You start part-time as my executive assistant. As we scale, the role grows into full-time operations and chief of staff.

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU
- Have 2+ years as an executive or personal assistant to a founder or CEO, or in operations.
- Have built systems from scratch in Notion or ClickUp (databases, relations, templates), not just used them.
- Are obsessed with detail. Messy folders and sloppy formatting bother you.
- Write clear, natural English and don't need step-by-step instructions.
- Notice what's about to slip before anyone asks. When you say done, it's done.
- Keep private things private.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to work faster.
- Can work your 20 hours between 3 PM and 11 PM Manila time (I'm in Europe), and reply fast on Slack and WhatsApp.

PAY AND TERMS
- $1,000+ per month for 20 hours a week, depending on experience.
- One-month paid trial at the full rate, then long-term.

HOW TO APPLY
