JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a global business leader.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and confident working independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
-Manage calendars, emails, meetings, and follow-ups
-Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and SOPs
-Track projects, tasks, priorities, and deadlines
-Coordinate travel, appointments, and meeting logistics
-Assist with invoices, expenses, and basic financial admin
-Maintain CRM and organized digital records
-Use AI and productivity tools to improve efficiency
-Handle business and occasional personal administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For
-3+ years of Executive Assistant experience
-Experience supporting executives, founders, or senior leaders
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Highly organized, proactive, and dependable
-Strong attention to detail and discretion
-Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Zoom, and similar tools
-Confident using AI tools to work smarter and more efficiently
-Based in the Philippines with reliable internet and a professional home workspace
