ABOUT US
We are a growing real estate media company serving [CITY/MARKET]. We provide photography, video, floor plans, 3D tours and other listing media for real estate professionals.

We are hiring an experienced, proactive Operations Manager to help run the day-to-day business, coordinate the team and make sure orders move smoothly from booking through final delivery.

YOUR JOB
Own the operational flow of the business so the owner is not the person solving every daily problem.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
• Daily schedule and order flow
• Bookings & rescheduling
• Photographer, editor, QC and admin coordination
• Client communication and issue resolution
• Order accuracy and turnaround deadlines
• Team accountability and follow-up
• SOP implementation and process improvement
• Internal reporting and weekly operational updates
• Escalation of only the issues that truly require owner involvement

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review the daily and weekly schedule for capacity, conflicts and missing information.
• Coordinate photographers, editors, QC and delivery.
• Make sure every order moves through the correct workflow.
• Monitor turnaround times and solve delays before they impact clients.
• Support client communication, reschedules and service recovery.
• Keep CRM/order records accurate.
• Track recurring operational problems and recommend fixes.
• Update and enforce SOPs.
• Run team check-ins or accountability processes as assigned.
• Track key metrics such as order volume, turnaround time, revisions, client issues and team capacity.
• Help onboard and train new team members.
• Deliver content to marketing manager
• Setting up new clients in the system

DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY
This role may independently handle: administration for existing clients
Owner approval is required for: new clients

SYSTEMS
Experience with any of the following is valuable: [

• Google Drive
• Adobe Suite (Bridge, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator) - advantage but not necessary

SCHEDULE
Days: Mon - Friday
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm AEST Brisbane
Hours per week: 42.5

PAY
$12 to $15 USD/hour or $2550 USD/month depending on experience and responsibility.

• Previous operations, project management or team coordination experience
• Strong written English

• Real estate media experience: REQUIRED
• Availability during listed hours

• Daily operations run with fewer owner interruptions.
• Orders are delivered on time and accurately.
• Team members know what they are responsible for.
• Repeated issues are documented and improved.
• The owner has clear visibility without managing every task.
