About Us
We are a fast-growing exterior home services company in the U.S. We are looking for a dependable, proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Female Virtual Assistant to join our team for a long-term position.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable using AI tools, social media platforms, online software, and various business applications and who can learn new systems quickly.

The right person will be an important part of our growing company and will have opportunities to take on more responsibility as we continue to expand.

What You'll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include a variety of virtual assistant, social media, administrative, and online tasks, including:

Manage and maintain our social media accounts
Create, schedule, and publish social media posts
Help develop social media content ideas
Use AI tools to create and improve content
Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for research, writing, brainstorming, and productivity
Assist with creating captions, posts, emails, and marketing materials
Research competitors, local markets, trends, and potential opportunities
Organize information and maintain spreadsheets
Perform online research and data entry
Help manage and organize digital files
Assist with email and administrative tasks
Monitor social media messages and comments
Help respond to basic customer or social media inquiries
Track social media activity and engagement
Assist with marketing and promotional projects
Learn and use new software and online platforms
Help with other administrative tasks as needed

You do not need to be an expert in every platform. We are looking for someone who is comfortable learning and adapting to new tools.

AI & Technology Skills
We want someone who is excited about using AI and technology to work smarter and faster.

Experience with tools such as the following is a major plus:

ChatGPT
Canva AI
Google Workspace
Microsoft Office
AI writing and research tools
Social media scheduling tools
CRM and business software
